    The Viper!

It's like that one movie, some kid has dressed up as a superhero and is fighting crime in Columbia, Tennessee.

I'm certain that this means soon Columbia will be facing masked super villains.

    Oh yeah, Columbia's screwed.

And i read it in a book for children called Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark way back in 3rd grade. You know, the one with the super-creepy charcoal illustrations.

G.I. Joe was waaaaaaaay before Animaniacs...and the sad thing is they based an entire episode on "The Viper."

It's a joke that pre-dates any animated show. I remember watching that G.I. Joe episode with my dad when it first aired and he already knew what was coming. It's at least 50 years old, probably older.
