No, it'll probably suffer from the same mistakes as Kingdom Hearts and Crisis Core if anything. I suppose... someone... will find out for sure at E3.

I will be in L.A. the 14th through to the 18th. Three of those days will be spent running around E3 blogging and Twittering, picture-taking and... playing!

So, advice? Suggestions? Requests? Butts?

I will highlight the two most important items to me, from an earlier quote:

I hope Versus XIII is a much different game. I don't want an X-mashing fest where you walk along a straight line... I want an actual RPG, even if it ends up being an action RPG... the game needs to have some sort of depth, strategy, and exploration to it. Knowing that Sakaguchi is long gone from the series, my hopes aren't very high, even though my interest in the title is.

Maybe something will be announced with regard to the title "Chrono Break".

I'm also awaiting information on Fallout: New Vegas. I hope there are vehicles.

I'm also awaiting information on the next GTA.

I'm also awaiting information on the next Mega-Ten game.

I'm also awaiting information on a propsed game based off of the upcoming film Mad Max 4: Fury Road.

I'm also awaiting information on the next installment of Demon's Souls.

The rest will have ample information available, if applicable.

See if there is ANYTHING there hinting around to a Demon's Souls sequel. Oh, wait...all the major gaming outlets would break the news first if there was indeed something about it at E3.

It's Obsidian (who makes a career of continuing RPG franchises others began), and they include a lot of alumni from the Fallout OGs at Black Isle. It's not the whole 1/2 team or anything, but it's as close to it as you'll likely ever see. And let's face it, that's pretty awesome. We'll never really know how Van Buren would have ended up, but this gives them a chance to continue the tale at least somewhat on their terms.

The next game out of Trine and Shadowgrounds developer Frozenbyte--"an as-of-yet unannounced 2011 digital distribution title"--will be published by Atlus, the pair revealed today, vowing that they will reveal more during E3 2010 next week.
