I've heard of this for a long time. I'm curious to see what is released for it.

Is this a games platform, or just a netbook-type thing?

I might be incorrect, but I was informed that it's an open source Linux doohickey that anyone can make games for it...hence the penguin.

What sort of games can they really make with a processor like that?

It's an open source portable system or as I like to call it an "emulation station" like a more powerful hacked PSP or GP32. I put down a pre-order 3 years ago but got refunded and didn't trust a damn word these guys said because it was all smoke and mirrors. I'm kind of mad that they're actually now starting to circulate because it took them 2 ****ing years just to gather all the parts together let alone piece it.
