Shattered Dimensions is the new Spider-Man game coming to all three consoles and DS in September. The main hook is that it'll take place across four different worlds each with a different version of Spidey and its own playstyle. Two of the four are officially revealed.
Amazing
This is of course the typical Spiderman taking place in the regular Marvel universe. This world will have a cell-shaded artstyle and gameplay will focus on acrobatic moves and web-based attacks. Kraven the Hunter has been revealed as one of the bosses.
Noir
The second world is the Marvel Noir universe set in 1933. Dark visuals and gameplay based on hiding in shadows and stealth takedowns, it's been compared to Batman: Arkham Asylum based on what's been shown. Two bosses have been shown: The Goblin/Norman Osborn and Hammerhead.
The other two worlds haven't been officially revealed but one was almost certainly leaked by yet another GameStop pre-order exclusive bonus, a Cosmic Spider-Man costume for each world.

The first two are the Amazing and Noir versions. The fourth appears to be SpiderMan 2099 due to the spikes on his arms.

Besides, with the 1933-set Noir universe included it only made sense the 2099 future world would be as well. It's expected the game will take advantage of this Spidey's gliding web cape.
It's been speculated that the third costume's black color might mean the final world is something to do with the symbiotes. Hopefully Activision isn't going that route after the last symbiote-centric game didn't fare so well. Plus it doesn't really fit the alternate Marvel universe theme. Unfortunately it doesn't look like there's any chance Spider-Ham will be involved at all.
