Hey thanks. Most of the clips were just sections of songs found in my library. Half the drum loops were lifted from a loop collection. Then there's some a capella tracks.
I'm pushing buttons on one of these guys- e
-that tells to this software to do stuff.
I'm telling this software to play different clips, then beat them up.
I've seen people do split-screen style videos for things like this.
I decided to just overlay the video of me pushing buttons over the software.
I like your music. Even though the visuals you picked are kinda funky, they work with the tunes. I know I said it before it rep form, but the falling toys/pills visuals are pretty cool.

"Neat. I like the second song the best. I feel like it would be kind of interesting to hear a longer version of it, but I still like it short too." - Owl
Thanks!
I'm not sure which second song you're referring to, but I think the second video in this thread with the drugs and drinking was too long, and the third video could have been longer.
"A bit creepy, but I really dig this." - Duel
Thanks! I didn't mean for it to be creepy, but I think it's kind of funny creepy.

I suppose I should try and explain what I was doing with these videos:
COOL FUN started with me dumping all the the loops off of my BOSS RC-3 loop pedal, selecting around 18 of my favorites, and arranging them in Ableton. I then took the song into Final Cut, and cut up the footage, arranging it alongside the song, a different video clip for every loop of audio.
The footage is some recent finds from archive.org, where I go to first for copyright free video and audio and more. They've got a great collection of vintage videos; my favorites are the ones about drinking, drugs, and other bad and scary things.
DESTRUCTION started with the base video, selected clips from an anti-vandalism movie. I brought that video into ableton, and stretched it to the timeline, bringing in a Castlevania MP3, and some drum loops. YEAH.
I forgot to give you feedback on this. Sorry about that!
I think this is a cool album overall. I like the transition from track 7 to 8, and 7-9 are solid. Space Funeral is a nice groove, and it's probably my favorite. Track 11 is funky, and I like the weird sample. Key Largo is pretty awesome, and so is the last song.
I wasn't as fond of 2 & 6. But that's just me.
How much would it cost to get a physical copy of this from you? It doesn't have to be dressed up or anything.
