...for making a game (using IG Maker, as an example), submitting it to a fairly large distribution channel (the Xbox 360, as an example), and using thinly-veiled references to real people and real circumstances/scenarios in a comedic/parody form?
Not talking defamation, but moreso parody. Looked briefly at the list of "prohibited content" for XNA, and did not see any mention of anything like this.
I mean, Dave and Nix made Bush's Cocaine Quest, but obviously, the Pavilion is a MUCH smaller distribution channel than XBLA.
