A copy of RPG Tsukuru 4 has shown up on ebay, with a BIN of $29.95.
It says it has the original case and manual, so it's likely the only thing missing is the spine card (it's a card that goes between the shrink wrap and the jewel case. it covers the spine)
This is an extremely rare find, and you arent likely to find a better price for the title. If you're interested in picking up this piece of RPG Maker history, I suggest you act quickly. Due to the demand for the title in the community, I don't think it'll be there long after I post this. As I proved back in my feature on this game, it works flawlessly with epsxe.
