    My PS3 isn't reading disks.

Looks like I'm getting FFXIII for Xbox 360.

I shipped my p3 from home to here in Germany, and I had it in like, three layers of bubble wrap, and towels. ****. ****. ****.

It isn't even giving me disk read errors. It's like... They aint being read at all.

All I can do on it now is surf the webs and play Flower. ****.

That's what happened with mine. I was informed the Blue Ray laser went kaput.

    Hope you're under warranty.

Fact is that I have 60gb system, so I am going to find an option to where I can keep my console. And my system is far out of warranty.

If it comes down to it, I shipped my PS3 with insurance. I'll probably be able to get it replaced. Maybe.

trying to take the little ****ing screw out on the bottom of the console so i can take my p3 apart.

problem is that it needs a torx screwdriver to take it out, a regular philips or flathead won't do the trick.

So what do I do? Buy a ****ing torx screw driver set, but the cheap ****ing things are made so poorly, they don't even fit into the ****ing screw properly.

why can't the ps3 slims be backwards compatible?

If you buy a new slim and a new PS2, you'll still be paying less than you would have buying a backwards compatible PS3 at launch~

OH WAIT THAT MAKES ME SOUND SMUG :V

Ah? Wohnen Sie im Deutschland? Sprechen Sie deutsch? (Ich versuche deutsch lernen.)

Oh, and I hope your ps3 troubles blow over.

PS3 got repaired at a local shop.

PS3 and PS2 games are reading just fine.

Everything is right with the world.
