In Minnesota, a Level 3 Sex Offender is a convicted sex offender who has been determined to be of a high risk of re-offending, and should not be let out of jail. One example of a Level 3 Sex Offender is Alfonso Rodriguez, Jr., the man who kidnapped and murdered Dru Sjodin. When a Level 3 offender is released from prison, there is a community meeting where the offender is going to live so that citizens know who is living next door to them. Tracking of all sex offenders out on supervised release is the responsibility of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

There are online schools for the purpose of maintaining some anonymity while still getting a credited degree. I don't care if Rick Rape wants to get educated but don't sit him next to me.

Plenty of murders get let out of prison. Especially if they avoid a Murder 1 charge by plea bargaining or making a deal to give up someone else.

They are like five sex offenders in my neighborhood. The neighborhood with plenty of families and plenty of children that have a habit of playing out in the middle of the street, unsupervised. The fact that they let level 3 sex offenders are allowed to have a job or go to college in public irks me. Get your degree online creep 'stache, you don't deserve it in the first place.
