Well I was referring to that picture "Stop posting or we'll shoot the dog" that's been floating around for years. But I never knew it came from the magazine first. Either way, I still call it lazy advertising.
Find a dog, honk it's nose. If you are bothered by this sentence. I guess you're just not cool enough for the noses.
This has been on the back burner of PSN games I want for quite a few months now. I've heard nothing but good things, and I've heard that the screenshots don't do it justice, and that it's an amazing game graphically (relative to its genre).
This game was worth it when it was 7 bucks, so if you don't buy it now you are just a colossal failure as a person.
I agree. I originally purchased it for the iPhone for a cold 99cents but was having a hard time playing it thanks to interface problems. On the PS3, in 1080p resolution, it looks absolutely gorgeous and the animation is made of pure silk.
You can also barf rainbows into your son's mouth. How charming.
Just played through this on iPhone a week or so back. I'm normally not much of a puzzle gamer, but it was a lot of fun! The interface definitely caused me a few issues here and there, but it's actually pretty intuitive for the most part.
Just went to the Playstation Store. I had $31.87 in my wallet. I now have 7 games, and $.10 in my wallet. Came out to $4.50 a game if you make an average.
Got:
Critter Crunch
Gravity Crash
Savage Moon for the PSP
Zen Pinball
Creature Defense for PSP
Beta Bloc for PSP
Kurulin Fusion for PSP
Was thinking and still might pick up Echoes (PSP Mini) at some point...it's only $2.50. I'll also probably eventually pick up Fieldrunners (PSP Mini), but waiting for a price drop on that one.
Here's an unrelated question...if I purchase a PS1 game from the Playstation Store, and have it installed to both the PS3 and PSP, is it possible to also transfer the save file back and forth so I can play the same file and not need to have two seperate playthroughs?
As for Taintenfisch above, how is making a parody poster of a well-known National Lampoon magazine cover "lazy advertising"? 3D Dot Game Heroes must be lazy game development then for being a parody/homage to 8 bit Zelda games (no comments from dkingnumbers, please).
If anything, taking an old license and making a film of it to me is lazy screenwriting/filmmaking. G.I. Joe/the (most likely) upcoming Monopoly movie/anything based on 80s kids' toys...that to me is lazy. Come up with an original idea, and stop banking on nostalgia ra** and name recognition.
