Voting with your wallet '10

What games are you going to be voting for with your wallet this year, or in the forseeable future? In other words, what not-so-big titles are you going to be getting right away because you want to support those developers and more games like it?

I will be getting Heavy Rain and No More Heroes 2. I got Half Minute Hero right away for the same reasons. I'll also be getting SSF4 and Bioshock 2, but those will probably be mighty successful games. White Knight Chronicles could be good, but I'll be waiting on that one.

Fragile, 3D Dot Heroes, and Red Dead Redemption are fully paid off. All the other games this year will probably pop up on my radar sooner or later and I'll nab them online for a cheap price.

Monster Rancher, no question. This might be the last MR ever to hit the west, so I'm definitely gonna get it straight away. That said, I'll probably end up getting my copy after the third official Pavilion MR giveaway, currently in progress. Priorities, wot?

I'm also getting 3D Dot Game Heroes and a bunch of others I haven't decided on yet.

3D Dot Game Heroes, Infinite Space (Sega/Platinum Games) for the DS, and anything on the PSN this year by Q Games or thatgamecompany. I would say that black and white Braid-esque XBLA one later this year, but they're already hyping that all to hell, so probably not.

I'd LIKE to vote with my wallet for NMH2 for the Wii, but as I've not finished the first one, and as MadWorld dropped to a $10 price point so rapidly this year, I may hold off until a price drop or three.

Also, Heavy Rain and The Last Guardian (if it comes out this year), but those are both probably gonna sell respectably anyway. I like the fact that Sony is putting some (ie-a lot) of push behind Heavy Rain, and I don't see The Last Guardian being any different.

Heavy Rain, SMT: Strange Journey, and probably Persona 3 Portable and 3D Dot Heroes. I'd get No More Heroes 2, but I have other games sitting in a backlog on the Wii that deserve to be played first.

Heavy Rain and 3D Dot Whatever. Heavy Rain especially looks amazing. I can't wait to finally get my hands on it.

Last Guardian, if that's out this year. I hope they do something like they did with God of War 1 & 2, where they upscale the graphics on Ico and Shadow of the Colossus for Playstation 3. nothing interesting ever really comes out for Xbox 360, so aside from Mass Effect 2 I probably will spend a record amount of time not playing my 360 this year. my previous record is nine months. babies were conceived and born in the time it took me to find something I wanted to play on that piece of ****!
