Can't get enough of Mark McKinney's beer-belly?!
Anybody other Canadianians gonna make time to watch the new Kids in the Hall miniseries tonight?

The first episode introduced the town. It had a really, deliberately campy feel --Like this is going to be one, long sketch.

The murder mystery in a Podunk town, recurring locations, and very inappropriate comic relief is giving off a strong Twin Peaks parody feel.

They had a few reunion tours since then.
They must've decided that they had their most success together.
(aside from perhaps Dave Foley...)

Yesterday's installment has cemented in my mind that this is in fact a Twin Peaks spoof.
We've just been introduced to an eccentric out-of-town investigator, and got to spend portions of the episode elaborating on the town's people.

Mark's and Bruce's inept, by-the-books police officers make a cameo!
