What I'd like is a Build Your Own LEGO Game. Like LittleBigPlanet but you make 3D games in the same style as the recent LEGO license games.

No if they could make a vidya based on Brik Wars, that would be wicked. But Brik Wars isnt affiliated with Lego, so that will never happen.
