I still really want that Gundam Dynasty Warriors.

I don't even know anything about it but I had a blast with the demo.

This looks fun, it's always a blast to just kill tons of bad-guys.

Are they for real?.... Well, I am not really excited to hear this news. I like the Warriors games (except Dynasty Warriors 6 and all of its lameness to what they did to the characters) like Red Dragon said above, it's always fun (for me) to just take on waves of enemies like in that series. But I really would like to see Koei do...I don't know...something else? On the side, at least? I found a lot of their previous games prior to Playstation were a lot of fun, as I realized last year. That and I was never really big on Fist of the North Star.

Please, for the love god, DO NOT GET THIS GAME! That game is the worst game I've played in a long time. Brain-dead enemies, last-gen graphics, and absolutely terrible gameplay is what this game is about. All you do is go around mindlessly smashing the square button. Your hard-earned $40 is better spent on something else than this piece of crap.

You have been warned.

It was released on the Xbox 360 as well. Although I never played it for the same reason I won't play this new "Warriors spin-off", I wasn't really a die-hard fan of what it was based on.

The voice actors for the english versions are hit and miss in the recent games. I find a lot of Cao Cao's voice acting good, but then a line like one of Dian Wei's saying (from DW5: Empires): "So what if they outnumber us...(long ackward pause)...We'll still beat them!" Then there were people pronouncing Cao Cao and Cao Pi incorrectly (sounding like "Cow Cow" and "Cow Pee" when Cao is more like "Tsao" with a soft, short "T" sound). They have improved, in my opinion, a lot comparing the previous games with the new ones if you really pay attention to all of the details (as far as voice talent is concerned). But the lines can still be a bit silly, as mentioned above with Dian Wei. As far as the over-the-top scenes, I never had a problem with them. Now the half-ass collisions from projectiles, weapons, etc. in the cutscenes, I'll give you that one. There was slim improvement there given the span of the series, I think.

I don't revive old topics but I recently played the demo and I take back some of what I said about it. Kenshiro seems like one of the most badass manga characters of all time.

I have to watch the anime now, at least more than just one episode....... Somehow.
