We've all saw this line before. Whether it's in a review or in casual talk. But I was watching TV and saw a commercial for a Final Fantasy Wii game. I actually payed a little bit of attention to the commercial since it caught my attention. I can't find the commercial on Youtube so I don't know what exactly they say, but it's very along the lines of "This game is good, for the Wii". It bugs me that producers are trying to use that as a selling point for Wii games. It seems all the Wii games are targeted for kids, older people or weight loss systems, than they get a real game one that appeals to more hardcore gamers and they say something like "Yeah guys we made this game, but we did it on the Wii. We think it's pretty good because its on the Wii." Just like MadWorld. This game is violent... for the Wii.
Either way I think it's lazy for producers to use that as a selling point. Because what if it was on the 360 or PS3? Would it not be good then. I'm not complaining about the Wiis graphics. There bearable, I care about the games game play. I don't know what to tell you guys. My Wiis been unplugged for a year almost. I'm tempted to play it. What should I do?
