I might like one, but can anyone explain to me, in plain english, what this is ans what it can do? Even the wiki was vague. (I think it's like if your email, AIM and Facebook all had a three-way, but I can't be sure)

It's email, instant messaging, collaboration, and sharing. I can't wait till more people join, as I'd like to see it replace AIM, Email and Facebook.
