Winter Blues

So, despite the holiday season, the winter months can be a hard season for a lot of people. I've had my hard winters in the past and, although I'm doing well, I feel like everyone I know is perioding all over the place lately.

Maybe some of you are having your own down time, or are dealing with/trying to help someone else in a bad place...

Any advice, tips, or stories to share? Maybe some borderline inappropriate humor?
