Normally I play run and gun style (Modern Warfare 2, Killzone 2), but this game doesn't favor that too much. I tried to play it like I do normal games, but I just kept dying.
Switched to sniper, and I'm loving it. Normally I don't snipe, but it's fun.
There's only one map in the beta, but man, is it huge. Took me a few games to realize I was playing the same map over and over.
The goal for the match is to destroy objectives, and if you're the attacking team, destroying one section will tell you to move forward, basically pushing the defending team into a corner just about.
And bullets are affected by gravity also, so if I'm sniping from a good distance, I need to aim a bit high to make sure the bullet goes to where I want it.
There's also a few vehicles to use to get places quicker, or just have heavy firepower from the tanks.
Overall, this beta is pretty fun. I'm enjoying this more than MAG.
