    GBA Games

Well, with all these underused system topics... I've noticed that my GBA only has three games for it, some LotR game, Advanced Wars 2, and FFT.

So, yeah reccommend some GBA games for me!

    Re: GBA Games

.... This'll sort of take some time on my end, so prepare for a barrage.

    EDIT: Here we go:

    RPGs

Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

FF I & 2: Dawn of Souls (If you don't have the PSX version)

    Golden Sun

    Golden Sun: The Lost Age

Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

    Lufia: The Ruins of Lore

    Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

Phantasy Star Collection (if you can find it. You might want to wait for the console versions with PSIV)

Pokemon Emerald (Great if you haven't played Ruby or Sapphire)

    Sword of Mana

MegaMan Battle Network 3 (Probably the best of the lot)

    Driving

    Anything F-Zero

    Mario Kart: Super Circuit

    Classic-Style (Gameplay and only gameplay)

    Wario Ware, inc.: Mega Microgame$

    Wario Ware: Twisted!

    Game & Watch Gallery 4

    Puzzle

    Mr. Driller 2

Puyo Pop (Might wanna get the DS version instead, though)

    Pokemon Pinball (It's surprisingly good)

    Strategy

    Advance Wars (all)

    Fire Emblem (all)

    Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

    Sports

    Mario Golf: Advance Tour

    Action/Adventure

    Castlevania (all)

    Comix Zone

    Gradius Galaxies

    Mario Vs Donkey Kong

    MegaMan & Bass

    MegaMan Zero (all)

    Metroid: Fusion

    Metroid: Zero Mission

    Sonic Advance (all)

    Wario Land 4

    Unclassifiable

    Monster Rancher Advance 2

I'm pretty sure I'm missing stuff, but these games should be worth your time.

There are three Castlevanias, as far as I know the 3rd one is the best.
If you're looking for RPGs, try Golden Sun.
A remake of Shining Force came out recently for it, although I haven't played it yet.
A bunch of others which I can't remember right now.

I've never really liked the Castlevania series, but I guess I could try one out.

I recommend the Mega Man Zero series.

If you like Zero that is.

              Re: GBA Games

Go with the Mario Advance games if you don't own the SNES versions. If you do, then ignore the MA games, as they don't really add anything special, and are a little less good. Except for Yoshi's Island, IMO. That was Nintendo's best SNES-GBA port, and it adds six extra stages

The 2(-part) Golden Sun games are decent RPGs. Don't go into them expecting a fantastic story. The story's somewhat interesting, but it doesn't seem to take off in some dramatic way like in an FF game. They do excel at graphics, sound, and gameplay though. Except they have random battles in rooms with puzzles, but at least the battles aren't annoyingly frequent.

Metroid Zero Mission. It's a remake of the first Metroid, but it's a good remake. And it includes an unlockable version of the original Metroid.

Breath of Fire and BoFII. They're pretty old RPGs, but they still hold some uniqueness you don't find in many other RPGs. Namely that instead of being a dragon slayer, you are the dragon (or at least can turn into one).
"What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

Ah, and Street Fighter Alpha 3 is a nice port of the console version.

                    Re: GBA Games

Thanks everybody, I think for my first batch, I'll go pick up the following:

                    Mr. Driller 2
                    The Fire Emblem Series
                    Mario and Luigi
                    The Metroid Games

I'd pick up LoZ if I still didn't have other Zelda games to beat.

Are there any good old school style side scrollers?

There's the odd beat-'em-up Final Fight One, however I'm not sure how good it is. I never really spent much time with it. Then again, the GBA Klonoa games should be right up your ally.

Klonoa is on GBA? Geez, am I out of the gameboy loop. I'll go get that too.

If you want longevity, get Monster Rancher Advance 2. The game generates monsters by typing in words (No swear filter in this baby). Raising them is unlike any other game... you're always striving for a goal. Hell, I'm still playing.

Me too! Damn, who cares about the story when I can obsessively teach all my characters every technique.

There are 4 Castlevanias counting CV1 classic NES series. <3
And if you happen to dig Graphic Adventures, see if you can dig up Broken Sword.
Oh my god! You are so beautiful.
I had no idea how beautiful you were.
