    Supreme Court is screwed, yo

    Sandra Day O'Connor just retired. Renquist will soon.

    Bush will get to assign 2 SEATS. WE'RE SCREWED.

    So much for gay marriage in my lifetime.

    looks like prayer in school will be required by law

        The fundy thumpers want their John Ashcroft as chief justice of the supreme court. Too bad the first amendment specifically forbids them from pushing their religious beliefs onto a population in which not everyone believs them. Aside from shooting them though, things probably aren't going to get any better, and shooting them, fun it would be, is neither prudent nor ethical.

                    Hate to break it to you, but with electronic voting and no paper trail, legitamate elections are probably done with in this country.
