sooooooooo...movies run pretty shoddy on my laptop. Every few seconds they'll freeze, or just be choppy. Right now i'm watching on Firefox. Any suggestions on what browser to use, or of some other thing that could make watching streaming internet movies easier (like the Youtubes)? thanks.

I stream movies from netflix all the time and the quality is great and I never have to buffer.

I thought Kire was just talking about YouTube players and the like.
In any case you may want to use IE or Chrome and see if they work any better for you. If not, it may just be your connection. I really doubt it's your hardware.
Spyware could be another possibility as Dallas said.Comment
