Halloween, a cursed holiday.

Today has been a really ****ty day. I have no leads on the Comedian's killer, and the kids trick-or-treating think I have throat cancer. I still have those self-made jawbreakers if one of them wants a piece of candy. Heh.

I need to get in contact with the rest of the group. Nite Owl, Silk Spectre, Mr. Manhattan. Perhaps they may have some leads. This is getting so frustrating. My city laughs at me, yet craves my assistance. They can all go to hell. This mask and my body is all I have. I have to keep searching, as the night becomes as dark as charred toast.

The Comedian sure did learn that laughter is not the best medicine. Didn't help when I ran him over with my Pinto! :evil
