In Canada we have Much Music, which shows nothing but music videos 24/7.

Only show I watch on it is "Fromage (insert year)", where they list the top 50 crappiest music videos of the year. Its all hosted by this puppet named "Ed the Sock" whos always smoking a cigar and uses foul language every chance he gets.

"He" even had his own late night show for a while.
