Am I just thick? I mean, I played the first game and kinda liked it. I played the second game and thought it was a bit better. I never thought they were 'outstanding' but they were a bit above average and I liked the story in the first one, young as I was.
But the story NOW....oh, god, the story now!
An example;
Xion. She's the fourteenth member of Organization Thirteen...and as far as I get it, not actually a Nobody like the rest of them--kinda the whole point of the organization is that they're Nobodies, and she isn't. Apparently, she's also Sora. A copy of Sora, created from his memories when Namine put him in that pod thing. BUT she changes depending on whose looking at her; although she starts out as Kairi (I get this one, Kairi is in Sora's memories rather prominently...) she also becomes Ven? That blond guy? And a doll, but what the hey. At first she's Roxas's friend while Sora is restoring his memories, but then she tricks Roxas into killing her because they can't coexist? EEEHHHH????
I mean, does anyone who played both the first games and possibly the new one (387/76 days or whatever) actually know what the hell is going on anymore?
