For awhile now, I have had low energy levels, heartburn, inability to lose a few pounds (I'm 175 and need to get to 170), and low endurance when running. I'm going to try and drink nothing but water from today's date to 30 days from now (Nov. 12th) and see if some of my problems cease.
I usually drink koolaid or soda, by the way. Anyone else tried this before?
