Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

I have a feeling this is going to come to negative reaction by most of you, but...



Anyone besides me have it? I love the Kingdom Hearts series, and I'm happy to say that this feels like an actual game instead of the re-hash that was Chain of Memories.

Anyone else...?

I haven't been excited about the series since the first game which was a novel idea but should have ended there. Does this actually continue the plot or is it more Square wankery?

As a side bit, who thinks KH will tie into Epic Mickey? Disney is waiting until the right moment to revive Oswald the Rabbit and current speculation is that he took over Disney-verse while Mickey was in the Kingdom Hearts world fighting heartless or whatever.

Huge tie in? Smells like money to me.

I doubt there's a tie-in. I'm sure SquareEnix would have developed Epic Mickey if that were the case.

And I have mixed feelings for 358/2 Days. I was already disappointed with Chain of Memories, so i dunno if I should check the game out.

Yeah I was okay with one game but...it can stop. And so can the Final Fantasy series for that matter.

I'll buy the game when I get the money since I'm unashamed to say that I, too, enjoy the KH series, but I don't have the money yet.

Possibly for Epic Mickey. Who knows what else?

Epic Mickey deals with lesser known or less popular Disney characters going against Mickey. Having Oswald in the game would kinda make sense.

I absolutely hate the games because they are the gaming equivalent of junk food, but maybe on a portable system they'd be more tolerable?

I guess I'll never know, because KHII burned me so bad. Got to the Tron level (which was supposed to be the best one) and was bored out of my mind, and decided it wasn't worth playing any longer.

KH2's story was just stupid.

And all the cool looking attacks ended up making the game way too easy.

I picked up this game the day it came out. This surprisingly feels like a full-on-full KH game, only scaled down to portable gaming.

In my opinion, it's way better than Chain of Memories. The combat feels almost the same as it did on the PS2, and the graphics, sound, and music are some of the best stuff I've yet to see in a DS game. This is quite possibly the best game Square has put out on the DS so far.
