I just reinstalled windows.
and now whenever I use the volume slider on my laptop (it's a touch panel and incredibly convenient), this happens:
and it stays there for about 5 seconds after I stop touching the control.
it's annoying. more so than you can possibly imagine.
any idea how I get rid of it? it wasnt here before!
