Grandoble/RM1/Created by Mark Soukup. Winner of the Speedy RPG Contest.

Plot: You and a small group of warriors are given a mission by King Grandoble to defeat a humorous were-wolf and the evil Starphos.

Review:

At the start of the game you are given six characters to choose from to join your four-man team. Each character has their own class. You've got a fighter, a monk, a theif, a white mage, a black mage, and finally a red mage. Each of these warriors have their own pros and cons so choose wisely as this game can get difficult when traversing through dungeons. Battles are set up randomly which means if you get lost trying to find the end of a dungeon you'll most likely be bombarded with monsters that come in groups of fours and fives. As long as you prepare your party with the appropriate weapons, shields, tonics, and accessories then fighting these annoying bastards might not be a problem. The graphics are ok but some places and most houses seem empty and dull. Considering that this is a game made in under 15 hours I believe it's not that big of a deal. It's a fair game but a good way to help kill your boring weekend.

Grandoble receives 3 strength accessories out of 5.
