Seems Take has made videos of the whole License Hunter game
    for RPGM2.

Was possible as early as 2003.

Yep, ive watched all 13 videos, I sooo wish I had a Japanese playstation or at least a modded PS2 to play the game. Its just so unique in every way.

Huh, does the Japanese version of RPGM allow for custom BGMs? That would have been a useful feature, especially how limiting the tracks always seem to feel.

No, it doesn't. The Japanese just apparently like to fool us by playing background tracks while showing off their games. (Not sarcasm.)

Or maybe they don't even like the tracks in the game. I can't blame him for switching the battle music with a track from Romancing Saga (I'm pretty sure that's what it was), it certainly sounds better.
