RPG Maker 3 slated for July!

I've read that RPG Maker 3 might be released sometime in July, rather than August. I just visited RPGamer.com and called Gamestop (where I reserved it) and they both say that RPG Maker 3 will be released this July the 26th (I can't remember the exact date, but it said somewhere around there.)

I need some confirmation on this...because this means we may not have to wait until August for its release. If July is the correct release date, then this is certainly good news to all of us!

August is a "release goal", as in, they want the game out before the end of august. the actual release date however, could fall anywhere between now and the last week of august. all depends on when they finish up the last few bits so they can get it off to manufacturing.

I just thought something like this would have been good news. Everyone here was worried that the release date would be sometime next year or a few months away from August. I thought something like a "July announcement" would have been great news. Guess it was false info.

August is, I think, a perfect release date anyway. After all, it's only a month away.

I was only trying to help, but all it did was get me in trouble. But you're right--it was wrong of me to discuss it in the first place. I will refrain from creating any more release date topics--you won't hear any more from me.
