    Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny

    Comes out tuesday for PSP.

Who all is getting it? I'm really excited for it. it doesnt have online play (dammit) but I guess X-link kai will take care of that. 30 characters, more robust character creation (able to change the size and location of things), hell yeah.

last time I was this excited about a PSP game, it was Megaman Powered Up.

I always figured it was SC4 ported to the psp.

There anything else other than more create a character options?

I keep seeing this trailer each time I go to the Namco space in Home. Graphics are surprisingly good, as in, if I didn't know this was a PSP game, I'd ALMOST think it was a lower-budget first gen PS3 game.

And boy howdy...how exciting is it to be able to play as Kratos!

Does it still have Yoda and/or Darth Vader?

no. there's two new characters. kratos, and some mustache guy with a stove pipe hat.

details about the single player game havent slipped out yet. makes me wonder if the single player sucks like SCIV, and they're hiding that fact until release.

You actually spend time in Home?

I friggin hate how like 99.9% of all PSP games dont even support online play or anything even though they have built in wifi. The DS cna do it just fine. What the hell.

Also it costs nearly as much as a home console.

X-Link Kai doesn't work with my router, apparently.

Just wait a couple weeks and that won't be a problem.

but that doesnt work unless you have your PS3 connected through an ethernet cable. mine is wifi.

So you need to have a PS3 to be able to play online with a PORTABLE console, AND have the cable plugged right into the PS3?

                              Bull**** I say.

It works with any router. You just need a wireless USB adapter that has special setting for Xlink Kai. Theres a few that say "COMPATIBLE WITH XLINK KAI" right on the box, but many dont tell you they even have that function. I lucked out when I got one that did have it. Your PC also has to be plugged into your router and not going through wireless.

Xlink basically sends a signal to the wireless adapter making your PSP think its several more PSPs so you can connect to it.
