    European PSN questions

I've not logged into my European account probably since I first got my PS3, and there's a lot more stuff on there now than there was back then. The "Wet" thread prompted this, but I have a few questions:

    1) If there are free add-ons to games (Folklore being the main example) that are not available here, will they work with the North American version? Or will the screw the game up?

    2) I'm guessing to play any of the European games, I need to set my PS3 to output in PAL format (50 Hz). Would that be accurate?

    3) If I actually wanted to buy something, I'm guessing I could not use a credit/debit card from the US. Which would mean I'd need to get a European PSN card. And I'm guessing the European Amazon would not send one to the US. Does that leave only ebay?

    4) There's some free music video streaming software...am I able to use this?

    5) Is the European EyeCreate any different than the NA one?

I know most of these questions (especially the last one) will not be answered, but I figured I'd ask 'em all at once.

Thanks in advance to anyone who has answers to any of these.

I have done no such thing to my settings. I downloaded the demo for WET, and just started playing without any issues.

I bought a CD from the german version of Amazon, and had it shipped no problem. Though ebay might be easier to find something good.

CDs are one thing. "Currency" to be used in a particular region might be something entirely different, especially if Sony Europe has placed restrictions on export from a "legitimate" source.

Main reason I ask is that there are a s***-ton of PS1 games, and at least 2-3 looked interesting enough to want to download.
