John Hughes dies of heart attack

The article I linked to sums it up for me. I still to this day quote randomly from Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller, and Weird Science.

It's sad that his highest-grossing and best-known film is Home Alone. Granted, he only wrote and produced and did not direct.

I still want to see Reach the Rock at some point. Great soundtrack/score, from what I hear. Kinda a Chicago-centric indie/post rock thing.

Maybe he finally realized what happened to his career.

All of his movies are classic. Will be missed.
          ...and that's why.

Huh...wow, I was just watching The Breakfast Club the other night. That's crazy...

Breakfast Club is definitely his magnum opus, but Home Alone 1 and 2 were amazing in their own right.

                Sad to see him go.

Home Alone 3 was also on Cartoon Network yesterday evening... first time I ever actually watched it.
