What do you expect? Asians are doing most if not all the animation work on cartoons these days.

I can't complain. At least Iron Man is animated well.

I actually agree. I've mostly outgrown watching anime, and I think that american cartoon producers are trying too hard to emulate japanese animation because zomg all the twelve-year-olds love Naruto. Yeah, it's annoying.

Are these being designed specifically for American audiences though?

Because they've been translating American cartoons to anime for Japanese audiences for a while now, if I recall (the X-Men anime comes to mind).

Also, anime isn't the only style I've grown weary of. So many American cartoons these days rip off Genndy Tartakovsky's style of overly flat, geometrically shaped characters. Those all blend together for me just about as much as most anime shows do.

The Iron man is tolerable and actually looks good to me. Wolverine looks like they took a typical 80's demon slayer anime and gave him the claws instead of a sword. Halo legends looks like three different shows in one. I'm disappointed in them all except Iron man, really. You gotta remember, you can't animate something without it looking anime-ish (unless you want it to come out looking like A Scanner Darkly).
