We've had quite a few topics about favorite soundtracks and whatnot, but I'm more curious about some more specific tracks. That being the ever important character themes. Doesn't have to be a villian and can be a theme for multiple characters (you know like an organization or something, I don't care.) You can have them in order, but I'm sure not going to.
FFVIII: Succession of Witches- A very fitting piece for the evil sorcerress... sorcerresses, whatever. A beautifully, creepy theme that I can just listen to over and over.
Chrono Trigger: Lavos Theme- A lot of villians make frequent appearances, their music plays, not much happens. However, everytime this one plays you know it is bad news. Something freaky is going to happen. Period.
FFX: Seymour's Ambition- Say what you want about FFX, say what you will about Seymour, but I can't help loving this theme. You can just feel his murderous intend through this music.
MGS2: Memories of Hal- Ya know Emma's theme. I feel my eyes start to tear up every time I hear it. Maybe it is the music maybe it is the memories I have, however I find it to be a rather emotional piece.
Chrono Trigger: Schala Theme- There is something to be said about a character with such little screen time, yet has a lasting impression. However, I just picked this one because I like it. Yep.
Shadow Hearts: Alice's Theme- The perfect theme for this heroine. She had it rough and you can tell it is only going to get worse with this track alone.
Silent Hill: Theme of Laura (Reprise)- So you only hear this once in the game. So it doesn't actually play with Laura anywhere near. It does have "Theme of" and a character's name. I'll count that.
There are quite a few others, but you'll need some to post so I will stop there.
