NEW YORK -- Wanna wipe that smile off Tom Cruise’s face? Bring up his criticism of Brooke Shields for taking anti-depressants when she had post-partum depression.

Cruise was all smiles talking to Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today” show about his movie and Katie Holmes, but the smile disappeared when Lauer brought up Cruise’s previous comments about Shields. Cruise got very intense and kept interrupting Lauer.

At one point Cruise told Lauer he didn’t know what he was talking about and described his comments as “glib.” Cruise told Lauer, “you don’t know the history of psychiatry, I do."

Ok...so who the hell does he think he is???

First of all- its none of his business who takes what for depression, especialy post-partum. I dont believe any of the women he was previously married to ever gave birth and has never bared witness to what that is like. Secondly- is this guy an actor or is he a psychiatrist? I dont care for celebrities that make such broad comments on other people or their lifestyles.

The man is seriously full of himself and borderline insane. this article gives more detail on what was said in the Matt Lauer interview. I hope Katie Holmes dumps his crazy ass.

Not that it makes much difference but I bet he actually is well researched in psychiatry. I think the Brooke Shields thing is from his Scientology background. I figure that he has done his homework on anti-depressents. Of course all he knows is probably Scientology Propaganda.
