That article talks about a "midget" named "Little Oscar" being the mascot for the hot dog for a time. I don't remember that at all. I have seen that hot dog car before, though.

I didn't even realize there was an Oscar Mayer. I thought it was a corporate mascot like Dr. Pepper or Mr. Peanut or Oprah.
