Not yet publicly announced but confirmed by Mark Johnson on Agetec's forum, and gamefaqs (typical of him, ignoring the press and announcing games directly to their fanbase). Agetec will be publishing the PS3 version of the game, while UFO interactive will be publishing the 360 version. The PS3 version of the game will feature dual audio tracks, and english subtitles. I dont know if the 360 version will have the same.
Agetec's website will be updated to include this game at the end of the month, and likely more non-budget games given Mark's recent "Hardcore games will be announced" comment on agetec's forum.
Looks like they're finally done with the budget PS2 games they've been releasing the last few years.
In other news, some will remember that Agetec fully localized Shadow Tower Abyss for the PS2 after getting initial approval from Sony, only to have it rejected after it was finished. Well, a fan translation has been in the works over at Agetec's King's Field forum, and a few days ago, Mark offered the translator all the english vocal tracks for the game. so there's some good news if you would like to play Shadow Tower Abyss once the fan translation is done.
