That's really ****ed up.

All they had to do was pat her down like a cop is normally supposed to do when checking for anything hidden.

Unless she was caught trying to smuggle something past borders or in an airport, I don't see how they had any right to do that, especially since she was the one calling for help to begin with.

Hell, they didn't need to arrest her to begin with. Sit her in the police car a bit to calm down.
