    Best home-cooked meals

I'm no cook, but I can whip up a breakfast.

    2 Jimmy Dean sausage patties
    2 eggs
    2 slices of bread
    2 slices of cheese

Grill the sausage first till they're brown, then put them on top of the bread slices to let them soak in a little grease. Drain the pan of any excess grease and use what's left to cook the scrambled eggs with. Then take the bread and grill the greased side, putting the cheese on top of each slice so it melts a little. After that's all done, assemble the parts into a sandwich.

Makes for a mean tasting Grilled Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich. Even better with hot sauce!
    ...and that's why.

I make a mean crepe with Nutella and graham-crackers...

Also I have a very lovely recipe for egg plant Parmesan.

TBS is coming shortly... I finally got off my lazy self and contacted Datel, so new Max Drive software is coming thus allowing me to release my TBS.

I'm more for the easier stuff to make.

      Scrambled eggs.

      French Toast. Love that stuff.

Or anything I can toss in a microwave.

I like to make a homade honey lemon chicken with home made alfredo. It turns out really good.

                    Aborted fetus stew.

No, I actually like making chorizo and eggs with hot sauce for breakfast. I'm not into grilling or baking too much, so I'll usually make some real quick quesadillas with cooked chicken breast. Occasionally, I'll make Asian food, but it's never nearly as good as what you get at a resaurant. Mexican food, I can make a close facsimile, though.

Last "real" meal I made was some salmon fillets and some jasmine rice (or maybe it was couscous).

And re: madcopper, I LOVELOVELOVE eggplant parmesan.

I sauteed some mushrooms in butter and wine... It wasn't as flavorful as I would've hoped.

My uncle makes tasty cheesy potatoes with the ingredients including frozen hash browns, a buttload of cheese, sour cream, a bit of onion, and something crunchy on top, bread crumbs I think.

That depends. Did you just have a bunch of butter and wine in a pan with mushrooms and just cook them till the mushrooms were cooked? Cause that would taste like crap.
