My sleep paralysis hallucinations have lately gone absolutely haywire

Last night I was groped and spooned by someone who wasn't actually there.

I was the little spoon to a frickin' GHOST.

Being attacked or frightened by them is one thing, but I don't think I can take sexual harassment for much longer.

I really have no idea how to treat this...

Did you try going to the doctor? Maybe they can give you some sleep meds.

The thing is...I really want to avoid taking sleep meds. It just seems like it'd jar my sleep pattern/circadian rhythm.

...not that my sleep pattern is all that normal these days anyway.

I'm becoming increasingly more aware of the hallucinations when they happen, so I feel I'm more experienced with them now. I'm just hoping it'll reach a point where I can control them.

I think it might be worth taking a couple of sleep meds if you're only getting two to four hours of sleep.

Oh man, I hope you don't have ghost herpes now too.

To control hallucinations would be the greatest thing I can imagine.

Actually, now THEY have herpes. Guess they didn't know what they were getting into.

                  Suckers.

Ugh. I still get these sometimes. But nothing quite as much like groped and spooned. =P

I've scared other people when I tear myself out of these night terrors in fits of yells/cries and sudden movement.

So far all I've seen have been hands, and they at least looked feminine.

I'm hoping if it reveals itself it ends up being...I dunno... Eliza Dushku.

                            But unlikely.
