Regardless, this is good news. I haven't touched my Wii since... Mega Man 9??? I've been meaning to try Mad World but I can't bring myself to buy it (but the 30$ price tag is enticing). With this and Muramasa maybe the white box will actually get dusted out.

I dunno. I'm glad to see someone trying something different and more serious on the Wii, but the story and characters seem like frustrated Japanese developers who wish they could be making anime. And I can just imagine these scenes with their terrible English voice actors. I'm not sure that I'll be picking this up.

I don't quite get what it's supposed to be the main focus. But I'm down for an adventure style game like Trace Memory with action rpg elements. I don't know, could be good.

I had completely forgotten about this game, although a bit ago, I had read over some old post of mine about anticipated games or something, and this was on it. Seeing info about the game again (albeit with a slight name change), I now know why.


Also think it's funny in the first post (from May of 2009), Valk said something about the Wii finally getting good games this year, because last year sucked (or something to that effect). So how'd THAT turn out? Heh. If I hadn't read the date, I would've sworn by that statement that the post was made this year. Two bad years in a row for the Wii, eh?

Muramasa, RE: Darkside Chronicles, Mad World, House of the Dead: Overkill, Punch Out, Dead Space Extraction, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, New Super Mario Bros. Wii... Sure, none of these really sold well at al (aside from mario)l, but they're still good games, and it's still better than what we got in 2008.

I'm really worried about how this game will do in the MAAAAAAARCH game dump though.

New Super Mario Brothers Wii is a fantastically fun game and I'm so glad I've had a chance to play it. After the D&D session tonight we'll be finishing it (on World 7) and then playing 4-player just to see how absurd and angry we can get at each other.

Still looking forward to Fragile, although... I don't own a Wii anymore. =V Gave mine to my brother and his wife for Christmas.
