Hell yeah to Ouendan and The World Ends With You.

I guess I'll also add Super Robot Taisen Original Generation Saga: Endless Frontier (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ey6EJKVMlJ4) to the list.

I don't think Kirby Canvas Curse doesn't really get the respect it deserves.

And I think that Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime may be one of the most charming games I've ever played.

Moreso than Valkyria Chronicles?

There's a part at the very beginning of the game where Rocket blows on the Warrior Horn. Big Daddy (town mayor?) hears this and so the other monsters decided to hide the horn by shoving it inside of Rocket. Big Daddy then asks what the strange looking object is, and the other monsters say that it's a bat. After this, some monsters invade Rocket's hometown looking for the Warrior Horn, and in the process, they kidnap everybody. During which they decided to throw Rocket down a waterfall because he looks like a worm.

Plus there's also a battle between you and your giant Slime Fortress between a giant tree fortress called "Chrono Twigger".

I broke down and bought that today. And glad I did, the battle system is a blast, and the art direction and story is so bad, it's actually... kinda awesome.

This game is candy. I know I shouldn't like it, but I do.

Lock's Quest: Really fun tower defense game with a not terrible plot!

Retro Game Challenge: Relive your youth via an alternate history of NES games.

Dragon Quest VI and V: Awesome remakes of hard to find classics.

Space Invaders Extreme: Techno cool update with lots of clever new features.

PicrossDS: Super addicting puzzle game.

What if you're not as ancient as Loki and didn't have a youth with a NES? :3

I also recommend Homie Rollerz. It is the finest kart racer I have ever played.
