Just finished the demo, and this is got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever played.
Controls are alright, but it feels like it tries to emulate Devil May Cry. You hack and slash with swords, then you suddenly have guns to shoot things. Other than the one enemy in the air, guns are useless in the demo.
Sound effects are dull. No real distinct impact from any of the weapons, magic, or monsters. I don't feel like anything I do is having any real effect.
Graphics, i dunno. The levels themselves look great, but the main characters and creatures have a cel shaded look to them. The characters and levels just don't match at all. And the character doesn't even have much detail, it looks more like a poorly designed PS2 model.
And the character herself. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I hate her. She's so arrogant for no reason. Her voice and dialog sound like some stupid little prissy teen writing in her diary about what she did over her summer vacation. And she goes on about how she's the greatest treasure hunter in the world who goes after treasure. Riches and fortune beyond imagination...and yet she dresses like a stripper with no real protection at all. Bikini top, and butt floss, with big boots. Buh? Even Lara Croft was more properly dressed for treasure huntin'.
Get to the boss fight. Running round trying to fight, and the girl and the humanoid lion boss just won't shut the **** up! Did I mention I hate the girl? Demo starts, she walks into a shop to hand some crystal skull to the shop owner. He looks at it while she looks at the other crap in the store. Finds some puzzle looking piece, and she just happens to have the other half. Puts it together, things go dark, monsters show and kill the shop owner. Way to go! Get to the boss fight, she wants this other treasure. Lion dude pops down saying "nuuu! Don't touch eet! Bad 4 hoomans! :3"
Then the girl may as well be an annoying teen surfer girl, "like omg! no way! I am SO taking this!"
She grabs it, lion dude goes, "Nao I must kill u, cuz you toucheded it. lulz! You has invisible brayn! :3"
And then it was nothing but constant yapping for the whole fight.

Don't buy this game. The only appeal to the game is the main character being a slutty little whore, and not a good looking one at that.
