Sooooooo I have to wear these gas perm contacs and I'm getting used to them...they're hard and hurt like hell. I have to wear them, though, cuz I have Keratoconus and it'll get worse if I don't wear these (kinda like a brace).

So far though I have to walk around squinting my eyes half open cuz otherwise it's unbearable. I look like Clint Eastwood or high. Or high Clint Eastwood.

Tell the doc how much they hurt, maybe they can find something that hurts less.

Yeah I read about something called "piggybacking". Basically you wear two contacts in each eye. The gas perm contact with a soft contact underneath to act as a cushion. I also read that it might take a few tries to adjust the shape of the gas perm contact to make it fit your eye perfectly.

I'm assuming you mean cushion and not cousin.

Must have chosen the wrong correction when it came up misspelled.
And I don't think lasers can correct Keratoconus, I think he has to have an actual transplant.

Jah, can't laser, and worse case scenario I get a cornea transplant.
