I've been searching around and I can't seem to get a straight answer so I thought I would ask here.
Now I know with remote play I can use my PS3 on my PSP. But what about the other way around? Is there a way to use my PSP on my PS3 using remote play?
If so, how?

No.
Using a USB connection, you can play resistance retribution on your TV screen using Resistance 2, but that's as far as it goes.

Or, if you have a TV that supports progressive scan (ie-a high def TV), you can get the AV adapter that'll allow you to play PSP games on your TV. Unfortunately, the standard RCA AV adapter (yellow, red, and white) WILL allow you to pull up your PSP desktop, but won't allow you to play any games.
And whatever happened to that thing they were talking about where if a PSP game is ad-hoc only, you were supposed to be able to use the PS3 to allow those PSP games to be played infrastructure? There was talk about this quite a while back, but I'm not sure what ever happened with that.

Are you talking about the adapter that they make through sony--won't let you play games on the TV? Are we talking about playing it on your PS3 through that adapter, or just through the TV period?
Because if you are talking about the AV (red, yellow, white) adapter, you are wrong. You can play games with it. Very easily, it's just that the game screen is rather small and you have to zoom if your TV allows it.

This is true for the PSP 2000 and 3000 series, and they even offer component cables. I'm not sure if the composite cables (yellow, red, white) work with the 1000 series, though.

Man, what is the logic to letting people pork around thier PS3 with thier PSP but not the other way around?

Yeah, that was added after a firmware update. originally, the AV cables only let you view the XMB, videos, and photos.
