Yeah, I only watch comedians who don't steal their material. So I won't be watching Dane Cook.
His original material is boring as well.

I read an article a while back that gave specific examples from comedians about bits that he'd stolen from them before they got more popular. But the evidence was never there to back up the claims. Not that I'm defending Dane Cook, because you hardly get such a wide reputation for joke-stealery without having committed it. I honestly don't think anyone can come up with a joke that someone else hasn't already thought of. Just like music. I feel that everyone is just repeating what they have heard. Yeah Cook is bad. He doesn't even tell jokes really. Mostly just yells about how he's gonna do stuff.
He does serve a good purpose though. When I run into somebody who likes Dane Cook. I know we pretty much have zero in common.Find a dog, honk it's nose. If you are bothered by this sentence. I guess you're just not cool enough for the noses.Comment
