Julius Bloop T-Shirt Designs

I have several Julius Bloop T-Shirt designs for you to consider and I need your comments. There is one design that I am strongly leaning towards getting printed but I still want to hear from you. The screen-printers charge per color and the image must be a vector - so keep that in mind when you look these over. I am only going to get one of these designs printed. Thanks!

K, well I can only use a few colors and when brown has to be one of them...it limits my options.

However, I'm not against going back and making the colors more appealing once a design is decided upon. It's pretty easy to do in Illustrator.

Aesthetically I like 3 & 5 best, but 6 is funny as ****.

Can I just have a tater on a plain shirt? I mean with the JB logo on it, but no background?

I'll have that, and a cup of coffee.

I don't really like the colors either, but they fit. I laughed.

Well I was talking about just isolating some elements. Like, the mayor blowing up the cake, or the the astronaut attached to the base thing. That was just a visual thing.

But the setting is pretty important.

You're only doing one of these, so what I said doesn't really matter anyway. If you ever do make a whole line of Julius Bloop merc, I'd give you 20 bucks for just the mayor on a 4x yellow shirt. I think a lot of people that are familiar with Julius Bloop wouldn't mind having shirts with isolated images like that, in their pure form.

I think you need a more simplistic design.

Hitting the nail on the head. There's too much STUFF going on in these. I would even ditch the background elements entirely; that would bring a lot more focus to your actual work, which is worlds more interesting than Live Trace/Paint will ever be.

I will try that out. Right now I am deciding between the moon and the birthday. I will try dumping the background and just using the characters and set pieces.
