A steampunk Atlus MMO?


Don't have a PC, so probably will not be playing this, but there's a signup for beta. I wonder if this is gonna be any good.

It doesn't look too bad--I've found that free MMOs tend to live and die by the way they "feel" (mostly the interface, but also how well you can move around the game world), as well as how interesting the goals are.

This one still feels like it could go either way--great, horrible, or average.

I'm very curious to see what Atlus Online plans to provide in the way of anime.

Every Korean MMO that I've ever played has been just about as close to torture as video games can get; I really don't think this will be any different just because of Atlus involvement.

Well, since i have a habit of trying out many of these F2P MMO's, i'll try this one as well. personally my favorite F2P MMO has been Perfect World International, and if you want something kinda like WoW but dont want to pay for it, Runes of Magic is pretty good to be honest. I also like Shaiya, and i need to play the Megaten MMO some more to get a better feel for it.

Of those, i think Perfect World has the best mix of exploration, questing, and grinding of any free to play MMO. You can get through a good portion of the game doing quests and not quite as much grinding.
