I remember reading a topic a year or two ago asking how the DS browser compared to thePSP browser. I never picked up the DS browser, so I couldn't make the comparison, and I'm still unable to do so because the DSi browser differs from the one for the DS and DS Light (I'm pretty sure the DSi Opera uses the increased specs of the DSi). However, I can give you a comparsion of the one for the DSi verses that of the one for the PSP.
I'll begin with...ah, I'll cut to the chase. The DSi browser is significantly better than the one for the PSP. Javascript for the DSi is vastly better. I'm able to click on each icon on the toolbar when making a topic, and each icon works fine. The PSP browser, on the otherhand, does nothing when you click on those icons. Basically, it behaves like a browser you'd find on a computer. That's not to say it can do everything. There are still significant memory constraints, the loading of web-pages takes two to three times as long as what it does on the PSP, the close-up view of pages are too close up, and there is no Flash.
Pros: The layout of web-pages closely matches that of a PC browser, and with none to minimal distortion.
There isn't a word limit when typing on forums (the PSP had a word limit of about 180 words).
Very easy to type with.
Has a built-in search fuction that lets you choose between Google and Yahoo.
Can search for text within a web-page.
Cons: Web-pages load slowly (but not quite as bad as what some make it out to be).
Significant memory constraints. Think PSP, but only a little better.
No Flash.
Close-up view is too close up.
No tabs to speak of.
Can't upload, download, files or save pictures (you can with the PSP).
Overall, I'd go with the DSi browser instead of the PSP browser. The DSi browser is just much more versitial. If anyone has any questions about it, feel free to ask.
Btw, I typed this whole thing up using the DSi browser.
